Product overview
   Tubular microporous aerator is composed of a membrane tube and a UPVC inner tube. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high oxygen utilization rate, reliable performance, non clogged pores, long service life, convenient installation and maintenance, and can be installed in a fixed or pull-out manner. Therefore, the device has strong manufacturing capabilities and is suitable for the renovation of newly built wastewater treatment plants and existing wastewater treatment plants. It can be installed in a lifting manner during boundary protection and maintenance processes without interrupting system operation.
Product performance characteristics
1.  Tubular microporous aerator has two types of membrane tube materials: imported EPDM rubber and imported silicone. The inner lining of the aerator uses thickened UPVC water supply pipe, and the clamp material is 304 or 316 stainless steel.
2. The wall thickness of the lumbar tube is 1.8mm, and the micropores are mechanically punched. There are approximately 22000 perforations with a 1-meter long diameter and an open aperture diameter of 1.0mm. The micropores are arranged in a plum blossom shape and are not easily broken. Due to the excellent rebound performance of the product, it is not easy to block and has a long service life,

Design and Installation
1, fixed installation is used for the tubular microporous aerator, the aeration system should be installed using a road connection method, preferably with exhaust in each group, and the installation level should be controlled within ± 5mm.
2. When using a tubular microporous aerator with a detachable installation, pay attention to the following issues:
a,The installation of the Yao Qi device is 200-500mm high at the bottom of the pool, and it can also be installed at a height from the bottom of the pool according to requirements.
b, When distributing gas pipes, install one for controlling gas volume and future replacement.
c,If UPVC16Pa water pipe is used for the trachea, the pipe type aerator needs to be weighted and calculated based on the situation. However, if the trachea uses pipes or does not, it is not necessary to use pipes
Weighting is required.
d, For large sewage treatment plants, due to the width of the pool surface, when the strength of the gas outlet pipe is not enough, a crossbeam type column can be added to the pool body to support the gas outlet pipe, or a slot type installation can be used By using a detachable tube aerator, various fixed aeration devices can be retrofitted without the need for water discharge.
Product storage
Before using the rubber film tube of the aerator, the original packaging must be placed in a dark, dry, ventilated, and dust-free space to prevent damage to the aerator film tube caused by factors such as ultraviolet radiation, freezing, and heating.
