During normal operation, place the central moving shaft lifting rod in position 2. When a encounters high torque and resistance during normal operation, the torque protection sensor starts to work, and the spindle servo motor a stops working. At the same time, the lifting motor b starts to work. When the lifting rod is lifted to 3, the lifting motor b stops working, and at the same time, the spindle moves the servo motor a. After the spindle runs normally for one cycle, the lifting motor b starts to intermittently descend until the lifting rod is placed in position 2, and the lifting motor b stops working. At this point, an automatic rake lifting cycle is completed.
The moving device is new and the mechanical structure is reasonable, which can meet the torque protection and automatic rake lifting requirements of various scraper workers, ensuring that the main shaft servo and lower moving mechanism are not damaged. No need for manual on-site operation, minimal maintenance, and reliable operational performance. In addition, a dual protection system of machinery and actuators is installed
Installation and clarification
Before installation, it is necessary to loosen the fixed screw on the lifting nut.
★ Lower the spindle to the lowest position (the normal surface is 400mm away from the bottom of the box)
★ After installation, tighten and lift the fastening screw on the nut
1. Before using this reducer, lubricating oil must be injected into the hole, and the direction of rotation of the manual reducer must be indicated by an arrow. (In order to facilitate transportation, the gearbox is usually only injected with a small amount of hole lubricating oil for vehicle use when leaving the factory.)
2. Before use, add lubricating oil to the hole, and the oil level should be in the center position of the oil indicator. The oil level should not be high.
3. Replacement cycle of hole lubricating oil
After the first 300 hours of operation of the gearbox, the first replacement of the hole lubricating oil must be carried out. During the replacement, the remaining dirty oil should be emptied. For the gearbox that works for more than 10 hours a day after the first oil change, the hole lubricating oil should be replaced every three months. For the gearbox that works for no more than 10 hours a day, the hole lubricating oil can be replaced every six months.
4. Slippery
The reducer mainly uses oil bath hole sliding, and adopts low-speed heavy-duty at room temperature. Due to the use of extreme pressure oil from 150 # to 220 #, when working at high and low temperatures, re evaluate the lubricating oil in the tunnel.
Refueling system
After the first refueling operation for two weeks, replace with new oil and clean the internal oil stains. Replace every 3-6 months in the future, and shorten the replacement time if the ambient temperature is high or humid. The oil inside the gearbox must maintain the specified oil level and should not be too high. Before starting up, it is necessary to add enough lubricating oil to the hole according to regulations. The bearing adopts calcium based grease hole lubrication, and the filling time is 3-6 months.
