Working principle and using method of microfilter

Microfilter is a kind of solid-liquid separation device with rotary drum screen for filtration and recovery. Its working principle: the treated wastewater enters the drum of the microfilter along the axial direction and flows out through the screen in a radial radial shape, and the impurities (fine suspended solids, fibers, pulp, etc.) in the water are intercepted on the inner surface of the filter screen on the drum of the microfilter. When the impurities trapped on the filter screen are brought to the upper part of the microfilter by the drum, they are backwashed by the pressure flushing water and flow out of the slag discharge tank. During operation, the diameter of 2 / 5 drum of the microfilter is out of the water, the revolution is 1-4r / min, the filtration speed of the microfilter and the filter screen can be 30-120m / h, the flushing water pressure is 0.5-1.5kg/cm2, and the flushing water volume is 0.5-1.0% of the production water volume. When it is used for reservoir water treatment, the algae removal efficiency of the microfilter is 40-70%, and the plankton removal efficiency is 97 - * * *. The microfilter covers a small area, has a large production capacity (250-36000m3 / D) and is easy to operate and manage. The microfilter has been successfully applied to water supply and wastewater treatment. After the drainage pump of the microfilter is started, the water will flow from the inside of the drum to the outside. The dirt in the water is intercepted by stainless steel screen. After running for a period of time, more and more dirt is intercepted by stainless steel screen, and the resistance to water flow becomes greater and greater. The drum starts to rotate slowly. At the same time, the high-pressure water pump pumps out the high-pressure water from the nozzle, and the high-pressure water washes away the dirt adhering to the screen. The dirt is collected by the sewage collection tank inside the barrel, and then discharged from the sewage pipe. Complete the solid-liquid separation process.
