1. By utilizing the density difference between oil and water and applying fluid dynamics principles, combined with the centrifugal separation method, oily wastewater is treated with high treatment efficiency;
The W-shaped corrugated plate coalescer increases the distance of sewage flow, shortens the distance of oil particle floating, increases the probability of oil droplet aggregation, and accelerates the time of oil-water aggregation separation, which can ensure the stability of subsequent separation effects;
3. Coarse grained polymer filter element, capable of polymerizing and separating small oil particles (larger than 20 microns) without being affected by suspended solids in wastewater, with high flux;
4. Coarse grained aggregation filter and polymer aggregation filter are respectively used for wet polymerization separation and collision aggregation separation of oil droplets of different particle sizes, with high removal rates;
