1, Scope of use
The equipment can remove fine particles with a diameter of more than 0.25mm in water. It is most suitable for sewage treatment in various industries such as papermaking, tanning, slaughtering, wine making, food, chemical fiber and textile.
2, Working principle
The AC speed regulating motor drives the grid cylinder through the reducer, and the sewage goes to the water inlet tank through the water inlet valve and rises to the filter water level through the baffle plate of the buffer uniform distribution box. The purified water enters the cylinder through the grid gap and is discharged outward at the bottom of the grid cylinder. At the same time, the grid is cleaned. Impurities and fibrous organic matter larger than the grid gap are blocked by the grid and brought to the other side of the cylinder by the rotating grid cylinder. It is discharged to the slag discharge funnel through the unloader. The moisture content of the treated garbage is 30% - 50% lower than that of the original internal water inlet equipment. The filtered sewage flows to the water outlet tank and is discharged through the drain.

3, Characteristics
1. The equipment is made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, compact structure, small floor area and convenient installation. It can be directly fixed with expansion bolts. The equipment can not be grooved. Water inlet and outlet can be connected by pipes.
2. The grid bar has an inverted trapezoidal section, so that the filter residue is not easy to block the filter screen.
3. It is controlled by speed regulating motor, which can maintain the best working state according to the inlet water flow.
4. The special flushing device can brush off a very small amount of impurities pasted on the surface of the grid. After secondary internal flushing, the screen barrel can achieve the best grid cleaning effect. At the same time, a flushing device is set to flush the dirt attached to the mesh.
