How it works:
Sludge through the conveyor pump into the dynamic (static) state mixer, and the concentration added at the same time is 0.05 to 0.1% yin (yang)  from the sub-flocculant solution mixed and fully reacted, slag (mud) in the plasma of small solid particles (or suspended matter) condensed into a larger volume of flocs, the combined water between the material and surface water is separated into free water, when the material is transported to spread To the filter network of the long gravity pre-dehydration zone (or belt concentrator), free water permeates the back of the filter under the action of gravity and seeps out and separates, forming a non-flowing state of sludge, reaching the maximum pressure condition of the pressing dewatering zone, and then  clamping between the upper and lower two net belts with the movement of the net belt, through the filter belt with adjustable tension and the diameter gradually decreasing rollers and rollers. The implementation of continuous increase of slow pressure on the roller squeeze, shear force effect, through the wedge area, low pressure zone, medium pressure area, high pressure area and strong roller squeeze area will be the slag (mud) slurry through step-by-step pressure of the way to continuously squeeze out, and finally form a low moisture content filter discharge, scraped off through the scraper plate, up and down the filter belt separate, after high-pressure flushing water and roller brush to remove the filter surface pores in the trace particles, continue to enter the next step of dewatering cycle.
