Xlcs type perforated cyclone flocculation tank desander uses hydrocyclone to separate sludge and organic matter to achieve the purpose of desanding. It is widely used in pre-treatment process of urban hotels, factories, mining enterprises and institutions, and urban large, medium and small water treatment projects.
Structure and working principle:
Xlcs type perforated cyclone flocculation tank desander consists of impeller, drive shaft, motor, reducer and sand suction system. Due to the upward inclination of the impeller blade, the sewage in the pool will make spiral movement when it rotates. In addition, due to the tangential entry of sewage, the swirling flow in the direction of the impeller will be generated, and the sewage in the pool will form a vortex flow pattern. Under the condition of proper blade blade angle and linear velocity, the sand particles in the sewage will be scoured and still maintain the ideal settlement effect of Zui, while the organic matter originally attached to the sand particles and the material with small weight will flow out of the whirlpool together with the sewage. In addition, due to the rotation of impeller, the sensitivity of flow pattern change caused by the change of water inflow is reduced, which ensures the stability of grit chamber and the low content of organic components in sand production.

Xlcs type perforated cyclone flocculation tank desander adopts the principle of vortex impeller technology to separate and settle sand, and air pressure lift to discharge sand, so as to remove sand and other inorganic solids in water source.
The raw water enters the grit chamber from the water inlet and forms a circulating flow along the chamber body. Under the working of the driving device, the separation impeller is driven by the transmission shaft and rotates in the same direction with the circulating flow, so that the water flow in the grit chamber forms a large eddy current under the action of small power, and the solid particles in the water body are centrifugally accelerated under the action of their own gravity and thrown to the chamber wall. Because the sand particles collide with each other in this process, the organic matter is separated from the sand particles. By adjusting the depth and speed of the impeller, the swirling speed of the sewage in the grit chamber can be controlled. The desanding efficiency is more stable and less affected by the change of flow rate.
The sand particles are completely separated from the organic matter under the action of impeller, and sink into the conical bucket at the bottom of the pool along the slope of the pool wall. The water flow after solid-liquid separation flows to the outlet and leads to the outside of the pool for further advanced treatment.
When a certain amount of sand is reached, open the valve of the sand discharge pipe and the valve connecting the sand discharge pipe and the air pipe at the same time. Part of the air flows out along the sand discharge pipe, and the air in the sand discharge pipe is drained out together, causing negative pressure. At the same time, open the air flushing pipe for 5-10min, At this time, under the action of water pressure in the tank, the solid particles in the grit chamber are discharged out of the tank by the sand discharge pipe and enter the sand water separator, and then the valve is closed. Precautions for use and installation
1. The equipment shall be installed in the form of bypass, so as to meet the needs of equipment maintenance and filter cleaning without shutdown.
2. It is forbidden to open the equipment for a long time without water.
3. Equipment operation:
(1) Blowdown rate: when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.03-0.06mpa (or according to the system setting pressure difference), backwashing should be carried out. When the water quality is poor or the new system is used for the first time, backwash 1-2 minutes every 8 hours. After normal operation, it depends on the water quality.
2) Backwashing: open the bypass valve, blowdown valve, close the water inlet valve of the equipment, and backwash the filter body with water to clean the filter body. The backwashing time depends on the water quality, generally 10-30 seconds.
(3) For the system with serious pollution, a short cycle and high frequency backwashing process should be adopted. When the inlet pressure is less than 0.25MPa, the backwashing sewage pump should be set up separately to increase the backwashing force and the sewage discharge.
(4) The cyclone desander returns to the working state.
