Automatic backwashing microfiltration machine is a kind of equipment that can continuously and effectively screen solid suspended solids in water. The machine has compact structure, small floor area, can continuously and automatically remove dirt, and has a variety of gaps to choose from. The machine is used for solid-liquid separation of industrial wastewater, which can remove the dirt with suspended particles greater than 0.2mm. The sewage enters the buffer tank from the inlet. The special buffer tank makes the sewage enter the inner net bucket smoothly and evenly. The inner net bucket removes the intercepted material through the rotating blade, and the filtered water is discharged from the gap of the net bucket.
Product features
1. The filter screen of the equipment is stainless steel mesh, which can remove organic and inorganic debris and various types of phytoplankton, algae or fiber pulp from water. When used for reservoir water treatment, the algae removal efficiency is 40 ~ 70%, and the plankton removal efficiency is 97 ~ 100%.
2. While backwashing the water filtration equipment, it does not interrupt the normal water production and operates continuously, which is stable and reliable. The backwashing duration is short, and the backwashing water consumption is only 0.001 ~ 0.003% of the normal water production, saving water, electricity and energy.

Compared with other equipment, it has the characteristics of small floor area, easy installation, convenient operation and management, no reagent, large production capacity (250-36000m3 / D), etc. 4.
