Our bag filters are available in three distinct types: single-bag filters, multi-bag filters, and mezzanine filters. The multi-bag filter is particularly suited for high-flow filtration applications, accommodating anywhere from 2 to 24 bags with a comprehensive range of specifications. Flange calibers for import and export range from 50 to 450MM, supporting single maximum flow rates of 90-1000m3/h. Featuring a swift-opening design, the multi-bag filter ensures effortless bag replacement and is perfect for scenarios requiring extended filter bag use before replacement.

The mezzanine bag filter stands out with its two-layer structure, enabling the passage of steam or thermal oil to regulate and elevate fluid temperatures. Important Precautions

Operating this machine is straightforward. Follow these steps to ensure smooth and efficient functioning: First, install the desired fineness level filter bag into the filter cartridge. Ensure the O-seal ring is intact before firmly tightening the filter cover ring bolt. Once the filter is secured, you can commence operations. Upon starting the pump, observe a slight increase in the pressure gauge, initially around 0.05MPa. As usage continues, the filter pressure will gradually rise. When the pressure reaches 0.4MPa, stop the operation, open the barrel cover, and inspect the filter bag for accumulated residues. Replace the filter bag as necessary and continue use. Generally, the filter bag can be cleaned and reused. Adjust the filter pressure appropriately, ideally between 0.1-0.3MPa, using the return line or pump return valve. Note that excessive filter pressure can damage the filter bag and protective net, so careful monitoring is crucial.
