Main structure and working principle:
1) Main structure
1. The grille body is an integral structure, which is assembled and debugged on the special platform in the factory, and the machine leaves the factory after 8 hours of empty trial operation.
2. Mechanical protection measures: the safety pin is set in the transmission chain wheel, which can cut off the safety pin instantly in case of overload, so as to prevent the damage of transmission parts.
3. The chain is made of stainless steel, and the small runner of the chain is also made of stainless steel. The underwater guide part of the chain adopts the way of slide way, so there is no need to add lubricating oil, so that the chain is not easy to be stuck by dirt.
4. The driving device is equipped with a protective cover, which not only meets the requirements of outdoor installation, but also is convenient for inspection and maintenance;
5. A chain plate is set between the chain and the rake teeth to form a closed structure with the water blocking angle steel of the equipment, so that the rake chain becomes a closed chain, so as to prevent the garbage from entering the running track of the machine and prevent the chain from infarcting;
6. The cleaning rake teeth are formed by hot casting and stamping, with high accuracy of tooth shape, accurate mesh with grid bar, and clean and thorough slag removal. When the harrow chain moves to the rear of the equipment, the relative displacement occurs between the harrows, and the grid slag falls into the grid slag trolley. Therefore, there will be no clogging phenomenon, so the daily maintenance workload is small, and there will be no dirt accumulation dead corner at the bottom of the grille.

2) How it works
Is a unique harrow factory assembled into a group of rotary grid chain. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake chain rotates in the direction of reverse water flow.
When the harrow chain is transported to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guide of the grooved wheel and the curved rail, the relative self-cleaning movement occurs between each group of harrow teeth, and most of the solid materials fall down by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the sweeper to clean up the debris stuck on the rake teeth. According to the water flow direction, the harrow chain is similar to the grid, and the clearance of the harrow teeth assembled on the shaft of the harrow chain can be selected according to the service conditions. When the rake teeth separate the solid suspended solids in the fluid, it can ensure the smooth flow of water. The whole working process is continuous or intermittent.
