Product Description

After the sludge is concentrated and digested, it still has a moisture content of about 95% to 97%, and the volume is still very large. Dehydration of sludge further removes gap water and capillary water from the sludge and reduces its volume. After dehydration treatment, the water content of sludge can be reduced to 70% to 80%,and its volume is 1/10 to 1/4of the original volume, which is conducive to subsequenttransportation and treatment. Sludge mechanical dehydration methods include filtration dehydration, centrifugal dehydration and pressed dehydration, filter dehydration and vacuum filtration and pressure filtration;   Pressure filtration and centrifugal dehydration methods are commonly used. Sludge filtration dehydration is driven by the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter medium, so that sludge moisture is forced to form a filter through the filter medium, and solid particles are intercepted on the medium to form a filter cake, so as to achieve the goal of sludge dehydration. The plate frame filter is the first machine to be used in chemical dehydration. Although the plate frame filter is generally intermittent operation, infrastructure equipment investment is large, filtration capacity is also low, but because of its large filtration driving force, high solidity of filter cake, clear filter liquid, high solid recovery rate, conditioning drug consumption and other advantages, in some small sewage plants are still widely used.
