WLS type shaftless screw conveyor is composed of shaftless screw, U-groove, lining plate, cover plate, inlet and outlet and driving device.
The material is input from the inlet and output from the outlet after being pushed by the screw.

Installation Instructions
Installation method:
The company's shaftless screw conveyor is normally fixed on the ground.
According to the need, it can provide hanging type, ground and hanging mixed type, mobile type, rotary type and rotary tower type around the feed inlet axis.
Installation, commissioning and precautions:
1. The reducer has been connected with the support. The user only needs to connect the shaft flange and screw flange of the reducer with bolts;
2. When installing the U-shaped conveyor, ensure the parallelism of the conveyor and the perpendicularity of the whole equipment;
3. When the length of the whole machine is more than 6 meters, the screw should be assembled and welded first. When welding the screw, it should be carried out in the U-groove according to the number of the screw butt joint, and the straightness of the screw must be ensured;
4. The cover plate shall be assembled in sequence according to the number of the cover plate interface;
5. Check whether the screw rotation direction is correct before operation;
6. After the machine runs for a period of time, it is necessary to open the oil filling hole cover for venting to prevent the oil seal from being damaged due to the heating and expansion of the lubricating oil;
7. During no-load operation, the shaftless spiral rolling surface should be coated with lubricating oil, and should not exceed 1 hour, so as to avoid damaging the lining plate in the groove;
8. Before use, the equipment should be put into trial operation once, without shaking, rocking, abnormal noise and other adverse phenomena; check whether the reducer is filled with lubricating oil, and replace the vent plug;
9. The operation and maintenance methods of the reducer are detailed in the operation manual;
10. The power must be cut off during maintenance.
11. When the length of the conveyor is more than 6 meters, our company will supply the U-groove in two sections. When docking, the U-groove shall be butted according to the steel seal number on the groove, and the rubber pad shall be added between the two butt flanges.
12. When the length of the conveyor exceeds 8m, our company supplies the screw in two sections. When the user butts, the straightness of the screw shall not be greater than 3mm.
