Product introduction
The whole (half) bridge type peripheral drive siphon mud machine adopts the middle water inlet and sludge discharge, peripheral drainage, to ensure uniform water flow. According to the principle of liquid level difference and air lifting, mud suction pipe and scraper are designed.
 
working principle:
Driven by the surrounding driving mechanism, the working bridge rotates around the central support on the central buttress of the installed pool. The sludge deposited at the bottom of the pool is collected to each suction port from the sludge collecting plate. Under the effect of the liquid level difference, the sludge is discharged to the outside of the pool through the suction port, the sludge collecting tank, the siphon, the central sludge tank and the sludge discharge pipe. The upper end of each suction pipe is provided with a sludge discharge regulating valve to regulate the flow and concentration of each suction pipe. The scum on the liquid surface is concentrated in the shrinking area formed by the scum scraper and the surrounding slag retaining weir, and is discharged from the scum scraper to the scum hopper.

1. Main features of equipment
(1) It can save operation cost and facilitate maintenance and management. The siphon is used to discharge the sludge from the sludge tank to the central sludge discharge pipe through the non rotating central sludge tank, without dynamic sealing, thus eliminating the short flow of supernatant, which not only avoids the waste of energy consumption of the reflux pump, but also ensures the concentration of the reflux sludge and creates conditions for the normal operation of the biochemical process.
(2) It can be equipped with over torque protection mechanism. When the torque reaches the set value, it will automatically alarm and shut down. It is safe and reliable.
(3) The main beam is made of square steel, with high structural strength. It adopts the process of hot-dip galvanizing and spraying finish paint, with strong corrosion resistance.
(4) It is easy to operate and can realize remote control.

Product structure:
The full (half) bridge peripheral drive siphon dredger is mainly composed of working bridge, transmission mechanism, scum funnel, mud collecting tank, mud suction pipe and mud collecting tank, siphon, vacuum pumping system, central collector, central support, outlet weir plate, scum baffle, electric control box and other components. (as shown below)

1. Main girder
The main beam is welded with high-quality carbon steel square steel and profile pipe. The main beam is 1000mm wide and welded with Q235A ordinary carbon steel plates and profiles. The whole height of the main beam is 800mm. The main beam is made in two or more sections. The center side of the tank is hinged at the center rotating support, and the other two sides are connected to the end beam respectively. In the structural design, the static indeterminate factors under the condition of three-point support are excluded. At the same time, it can adapt to the height deviation of the tank top caused by the uneven settlement of the sedimentation tank within a certain range and ensure the normal operation of the suction dredger.
The main beam can bear all concentrated loads, mud scraping resistance and 200kg pedestrian uniform load per square meter of the mud scraping system, and the deflection of the main beam is less than 1 / 700mm. The main girder bridge is provided with a walkway plate, which is made of high-strength steel grating or checkered plate.
2. End beam and driving device
The end beam and driving device are mainly composed of end beam, driving reducer, traveling wheel, overload protection device and other major components.
The end beam is made of Q235A ordinary carbon steel, and the drive reducer is shaft mounted helical gear reducer. According to our company's long-term experience in producing peripheral drive mud scraper, in order to improve the wear resistance of the walking wheel and extend its service life, the walking wheel is made of solid rubber wheel with high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The end beam and walking wheel bracket are connected by stainless steel bolts, and the installation direction of the walking wheel can be adjusted on site to ensure that it runs along the tangent track around.
The drive reducer is sleeved on the driving axle and fixed on the end beam by the torque arm and the compression spring overload protection device. When the working torque of the scraper and suction dredger exceeds the rated output torque of the reducer, the torque arm at the output end of the reducer acts, and causes the spring in the overload protection device to compress. The pressure bar is close to the sensing distance of the plane type contactless inductive switch, so as to cut off the power instantly and send out the fault signal, so as to protect the equipment from damage.
3. Center swivel mount
The center rotary bearing is mainly composed of rotary table, fixed seat, rotary bearing, center collecting ring and carbon brush. The upper part of the rotating body is respectively provided with an ear base which is hinged with the main beam by a pin shaft, and the base and the pool center platform are connected by bolts.
The central rotating support mainly bears all the axial loads of the suction dredger and part of the radial loads generated during mud scraping. The slewing bearing is lubricated by thin oil bath, and the service life of the bearing is more than 10 years.
Multiple sets of copper rings and carbon brushes are set in the collector. Except for the power supply, the rest are used for start, stop and fault signals, which are led to the central control room by the central collector ring through the control box for display or remote control.
Rotary table and fixed base are welded with cast steel and carbon steel, with sufficient strength and rigidity.
4. Suction system
The mud suction system is mainly composed of mud collecting scraper and connecting bracket, which is made of high-quality stainless steel plate and profile. The scraper scrapes the sludge at the bottom of the tank to the sludge tank. The sludge suction pipe installed here uses the water level difference between the sludge discharge tank and the suction pipe to press it into the sludge tank under the main beam. Then, the siphon mud is poured into the U-shaped pipe to the sludge tank in the center, and finally discharged out of the tank through the pipe. This structure is the most excellent radial flow sedimentation tank sludge discharge equipment.
5. Skimming plate, articulated scraper
Skimming plate and articulated scraper are mainly made of high-quality stainless steel plate.
The skimming board is installed at the lower part of the main beam, its distance from the center of the pool is close to the central guide cylinder, and the gap between the other end and the skimming bucket is not more than 5mm, and it is installed at an included angle on the main beam to ensure that the scum in the pool is scraped from the center of the pool to the articulated scraper, and scraped into the skimming bucket through the articulated scraper, and the scum scraped is discharged out of the pool.
6. Control box
The control box is of outdoor type, which is set on one side of the main beam. The box is made of stainless steel plate. The control box has the function of opening and stopping the local control equipment, and can provide all operation signals and remote control functions of the equipment to the central control room.
