Structure characteristics and principle of oxygenation
1. The FL-600 (400) type diffused aerator is mainly composed of a shaped air distribution, a diffused hood, a flow , a flow divider, and a central pipe. The entire aerator is in an inverted umbrella shape.
2. The main component material of the aerator is ABS engineering plastic, which is formed through injection molding in one go. The central pipe material is ABS engineering plastic or lead pipe (stainless steel pipe).
3. During aeration, the gas passes through the pipeline aerator and is first cut according to the distribution of gas. Then, it is evenly dispersed through the diffuser and flow divider. After the second cut, it drives the water body of the surrounding country upwards, promoting strong mixing of gas and water.
4. Uniform distribution of air in the aeration tank is beneficial for the new removal and metabolism of biofilms, avoiding the sedimentation of sludge at the bottom of the aeration tank.
5. Uniform air distribution, good flow resistance, easy installation, corrosion resistance, non clogging, and long service life.

Installation requirements
The FL type diffused aerator can be installed using either pipe connection method (pipe screw connection) or UPVC pipe network installation method:
1,When installing the aerator, it is necessary to grasp the verticality of the central pipe in a flat manner, and generally, there should be no deviation of 1 degree from the front, back, left, and right sides.
2. The surrounding areas of the scattered are parallel due to their shape.
3. Ensure that the level of the aeration branch pipe and aerator is at the same height, with a horizontal difference of less than 0.5mm.
4. It is advisable to install the bottom of the aerator at a height of 200mm from the bottom of the pool.
