Direct filtering

Precoat filtration
The surface of the filter element is pre-coated with a filter aid such as diatomaceous earth or perlite to form a filter cake layer, and the filter cake layer is filtered as a filter medium, which can achieve a clarification level filtration effect, high filtration precision, and significantly improve product transparency, and It has outstanding advantages in operating cost economy.
Filter cake recycling
With large filtration area and excellent filter cake peeling ability, it can recover a large amount of high-value filter cake from high solid content liquid at one time. If it is added into dry design, it can also obtain more dry filter cake with water content <20%.
Slurry concentration
The filter element may be periodically backwashed and regenerated after it is discharged without discharging the particles, and the filtration is continued. The concentration of the particulate material in the filter is continuously increased until a certain concentration is reached, and then the slurry is discharged for reuse.
Filter cake washing
The intercepted filter cake can be directly washed in the filter, and the drying design can be added to realize the integration of filtration, washing, drying and unloading operations, reduce investment, shorten the process flow, and save energy.
