Working principle of rotary grid Cleaner:
The equipment is made of ABS engineering plastic, nylon or stainless steel special shaped rake teeth, which are installed on the rake teeth shaft in a certain order to form a closed rake teeth chain, and its lower part is installed in the inlet channel water. When the chain wheel is driven by the transmission system to make uniform directional rotation, the whole harrow chain moves from top to bottom and carries solid debris to separate from the liquid. The fluid flows out through the clearance of the harrow teeth, and the whole working state is continuous.
Due to the special structure and shape of the rake teeth, when the rake teeth chain carries debris to the upper end and moves reversely, there is a relative self-cleaning movement between the front and rear rakes, which makes the debris fall off by gravity. A rotating cleaning brush can be set at the back of the equipment to further remove the debris left on the rake teeth. If it is necessary to order goods, it should be noted.

(11) When the harrow chain moves to the rear of the equipment, the relative displacement occurs between the harrows, and the grid slag falls into the grid slag trolley. Therefore, there will be no clogging phenomenon, so the daily maintenance workload is small, and there will be no dirt accumulation dead corner at the bottom of the grille.
(12) During the installation of the equipment, the two sides contacting with the trench wall are sealed with rubber sealing belt and fixed with steel strips; a flat plate and rubber sealing belt are set in front of the bottom rake chain to achieve the sealing between the equipment and civil engineering and prevent the leakage of impurities in the water.
(13) There are manhole plates on both sides of the upper part of the equipment. Even if the rake teeth and other parts are damaged due to large debris, as long as the damaged rake teeth and parts are replaced on the working platform, there is no need for underwater maintenance, and the water flow will not be affected.
