Security (precision) filter
    The cartridge of security filter (also known as precision filter) is refined from high-quality 304 or 316 stainless steel. It can be installed with filter elements of different specifications and models, such as PP filter element, wire wound filter element, activated carbon filter element, etc. because of its large filtering area, fast speed, no blockage and convenient use, it is widely used in pretreatment and terminal filtration in various industries. The security filter has quick opening type, flange type and hoop type.
Scope of application
    Widely used in pretreatment and filtration of various industries, it can effectively remove impurities, sediment, suspended solids and bacteria in water, so as to achieve the purpose of filtration.

Product features
    The utility model has the advantages of beautiful appearance, simple and reasonable structure, internal and external polishing, low cost, small volume, large filtering area, fast filtering speed, low plugging rate, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, long service life, etc. Replacing filter elements of different types and precision in the tank (such as PP filter element, wire wound core, folded filter element, metal sintered filter element, titanium rod filter element and other filter elements of different specifications and models) can remove various impurities such as micro particles, colloids, metals, bacteria and residual chlorine in the filtrate.

9. The shell is generally made of stainless steel. The tank body can be divided into FRP tank, carbon steel tank and stainless steel tank. It can also be made according to user requirements. Inside, tubular filter elements such as PP melt blown, line fired, folded, titanium filter element and activated carbon filter element are used as filter elements. Different filter elements are selected according to different filter media and design processes to meet the requirements of effluent quality.
Working principle
    The security filter adopts shaped filter material. Under the action of pressure, the original liquid passes through the filter material, and the filter residue remains on the filter material wall. The filtrate flows out through the filter material, which can effectively remove impurities, sediments, suspended solids and bacteria in the water. So as to achieve the purpose of filtering.
    The formed filter materials include: filter cloth, filter screen, filter disc, sintered filter tube, wire wound filter element, melt blown filter element, microporous filter element and multi-functional filter element. Because the materials are not used, the filter aperture is also different. Precision filtration is a kind of filtration between sand filtration (coarse filtration) and ultrafiltration. The filter aperture is generally 0.1-120 μ M range.
