The dehydration process of the FL series screw press dewatering machine is divided into two stages. In the first stage, the spiral auger is used for dehydration. The spiral auger is divided into three sections: the transmission section, the compression section, and the discharge section. The transmission section ensures the smooth entry of materials into the equipment. The pitch and inner diameter of the spiral blades in the dehydration section gradually decrease, resulting in a smaller transmission space. Due to the gradual reduction of the transmission space, the pressure on the materials increases step by step, forcing the material volume to shrink and squeeze out water; In the second stage, the material is dehydrated using a blocking device. When the material enters the spiral auger discharge section, the spiral auger will apply axial thrust to the material and push it out of the discharge port. At the same time, the blocking device pressurized by the air pressure device will apply a reverse force to the material that is about to be pushed out, forming an extrusion force to carry out the second stage dehydration of the material.

3. Low moisture content in slag discharge
Due to the wide variety of materials to be dehydrated, the moisture content, molecular water ratio, viscosity, fiber content, water absorption, toughness, organic or inorganic matter, and other data of different materials vary. Our engineers will analyze the materials to be dehydrated provided by each customer, calculate the parameters suitable for the materials, and make suitable equipment to utilize the physical pressing effect to reduce the moisture content of the extruded materials.
4. Wear resistance and corrosion resistance
The key parts of the screw press are sprayed with a wear-resistant layer, and a layer of alloy cutting head is welded on the surface of the spiral auger blades
Increase wear resistance; The core components are made of 304 stainless steel, which is acid, alkali, and corrosion resistant, greatly extending the service life of the equipment.
