 Product Definition
QDPP integrated sewage treatment equipment is named after raw materials and is a device made of new polymer materials. Due to the fact that the equipment made of this material is made using integrated molding molds, they are all presented in the form of cans. A series of comprehensive sewage treatment equipment have been developed in response to the current situation and discharge standards of rural sewage in China.
 
 Raw materials
The raw material uses high modulus polypropylene as the winding material, which is an ideal choice for plastic materials used in underground drainage and wastewater treatment. The elastic modulus of this material is ≥ 1500MPA, while the elastic modulus of HDPE is only 800MPA. The elastic modulus of the material plays a decisive role in the ring stiffness of the produced product. The higher the elastic modulus, the higher the ring stiffness of the product.
Polypropylene is a non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless milky white high crystalline polymer with a density of only 0.90-0.91g/cm3. It is one of the lighter varieties of plastics currently available. It is particularly stable to water, with a water absorption rate of only 0.01% and a molecular weight of about 80000-150000. It has good formability and a good surface gloss of the product.
Polypropylene has good chemical stability. In addition to being corroded by concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid, it is relatively stable to various other chemical reagents. However, low molecular weight aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated hydrocarbons can soften and swell polypropylene. At the same time, its chemical stability also improves with the increase of crystallinity. Therefore, polypropylene is suitable for making various chemical equipment and accessories, with good anti-corrosion effects.
It is non-toxic, odorless, has low density, and has better strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance than low-pressure polyethylene. It can be used at around 100 ºC. It has good dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation, and is not affected by humidity. Common organic solvents such as acids and bases have little effect on it and can be used in tableware.
PPH is a high molecular weight, low melting rate homopolymer polypropylene that undergoes β The modification has a delicate crystalline structure, which gives it excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, and good creep resistance, as well as excellent impact resistance at low temperatures.

Production process
