Application:
 TGN series lifting mud scraper is used in sewage treatment plant stratospheric precipitation pool, the sludge deposited at the bottom of the pool is scraped to the collection mud tank, and the slag on the surface of the pool is thrown to the slag collection tank.

 
overview:
The slag scraper can be set according to the user's requirements. According to the direction of water flow, it can be divided into reverse scraping mud reverse slag and reverse scraping mud in the same direction. The scraping mechanism lifts all the mud crucibles when the back journey is not scraped. When you return to the starting position of the scrape, the scraper falls, so that it works all the time.

Construction and working process:
 TGN series of mud scrapers as shown in Figures 1a, 2a, by driving, scraping mud, slag, drive and control cabinets.  
According to the collection mud tank, the collection slag tank is set at the same end of the sedimentation pool or divided into two ends, the working process of the scraper is as follows:
 a, two grooves with the same end: scraping mud drop, slag drop - scraper from the end of the pool (out of the water end) start Point to the end of the mud, slag groove, sludge, slag scraping set to the end (into the water end) - scraping mud pick-up, slag lifting - scraper from the terminal to the beginning of the shift to travel - to the beginning of the end after the shutdown or another cycle.  
b, two grooves are divided into two ends: scraping mud drop, slag lifting - scraper from the end of the water to the end of the mud tank travel, the sludge scraping set to the end - scraping mud pick-up and slag drop - scraper to drive the slag to the slag tank - to the beginning of the stop or another cycle.

Structure form:
1, the main beam
main beam using high-quality carbon steel square steel and type pipe welding. The main beam width is 1000mm, using Q235A ordinary carbon steel plate and profile welding, the main beam height of 800mm. The main beam is divided into two or more segments, the center side of the pool is connected by the center rotation support articulation, the other two sides are connected to the end beam, the structure design excludes the static factors under the three-point support, and can adapt to a certain range due to uneven settlement of the sedimentation pool caused by the pool top elevation deviation, to ensure the normal operation of the mud-sucking machine.  
The main beam can withstand all the concentrated load of the scraping system, the resistance of the scraping mud and the per capita cloth load of 200 kg per square meter, and the deflection of the main beam is less than 1/700mm. The main beam bridge has a walkway board, which uses a high-strength steel grid or pattern plate.  
2, end beam and drive device end beam and drive device
mainly consists of end beam, drive gearbox, walking wheel, overload protection device and other major components.  
End beam using Q235A ordinary carbon steel production, drive gear reducer using shaft-mounted oblique gear reducer, according to my company's long-term production of surrounding transmission scraper experience, in order to improve the wear resistance of the walking wheel and extend its service life, walking wheel using solid rubber wheel, with high wear resistance, non-corrosive performance. The end beam and the walking wheel support are bolted in stainless steel, and the direction of the walking wheel installation can be adjusted on the spot to ensure that it runs on the tangential track around it.  
The drive gearbox kit is mounted on the active axle and is secured to the end beam by the torque arm and compression spring overload protection. When the working torque of the suction machine exceeds the rated output torque of the gearbox, the torque arm movement at the output end of the gearbox, and promote spring compression in the overload protection device, the lever approaches the inductive distance of the flat contactless induction switch and instantly cuts off the power supply, while sending out a fault signal to protect the equipment from damage.  
3, the center of the rotating support car-type lifting scraping mud scraper
Center rotary support is mainly composed of rotary turntable, fixed seat, swing support, center collector ring and carbon brush. The upper part of the rotating body is set ear base and main beam are articulated with pin shaft, and the base is bolted to the center platform of the pool. The center rotating support is mainly subject to all axial loads of the suction machine and some radial loads generated when scraping mud. The swing support is lubricated with a thin oil bath, and the bearing has a service life greater than 10 years. A number of sets of copper rings and carbon brushes are set up in the power collection unit, except for the power supply, the rest are used for open, stop, fault signal, the signal is directed by the control box from the central collector to the central control room display or for its remote control. Rotating turntables and stationary seats are welded from cast steel and carbon steel steel, with sufficient strength and stiffness.  
4, scraping mud system driving-type lifting mud scraping machine? 6?7

 
The mud-absorbing system is mainly composed of mud scraper and connecting bracket, which is made of high-quality stainless steel plate and profile. The mud scraper scrapes the bottom sludge of the pool into the sludge tank at the bottom of the pool and removes it from the pipe collection tank by using the water level difference between the suction pipe installed here and the drainage tank.
 
5, slag-off plate, articulated scraper
slag-off board, articulated scraping slag is mainly made of high-quality stainless steel plate. The slag-removal board is installed in the lower part of the main beam, which is close to the center of the center of the pool, the gap between the other end and the slag-removal bucket is not greater than 5mm, and the main beam is installed at a certain angle, ensuring that the pool slag from the center of the pool scraped to the articulated scraper, through the articulated slag scraper to scrape it into the slag bucket, the scraping slag out of the pool.  
6, control box
