Introduction
SBR bioreactor is an efficient organic wastewater treatment equipment developed on the basis of the existing sequencing batch activated sludge process, which has been widely used in the United States, Japan, and other countries. Our company has successfully developed a new generation of LSBR bioreactor by drawing on foreign technology and collaborating with relevant domestic research institutes, combined with our own research and engineering practices. This equipment adopts the SBR process, which allows the inflow, reaction, sedimentation, sludge discharge, and intermittent processes to be carried out in the same SBR reaction chamber in sequence. It integrates the removal of BOD5, CODCr, and NH3-N. It has a compact structure, less land occupation, economical operation, strong expansion capacity, high treatment efficiency, and convenient management and maintenance.
Characteristics
1. The operation process should be automated, with convenient operation management and simple maintenance.
2. Under the same water quality conditions, the treatment effect of WSZ equipment is better and the pollutant removal rate is higher.
3. It can effectively inhibit the growth of filamentous bacteria and avoid the harm of sludge bulking.
4. It has the functions of anaerobic, aerobic, alternating nitrification and denitrification, and has a high removal rate of nitrogen and phosphorus while removing COD and BOD.
5. The combination of reaction tank and sedimentation tank eliminates the sludge reflux process and reduces energy consumption. Simplify the processing facilities, reduce equipment costs and site area.
6. Stable operation, strong resistance to impact loads, able to ensure effluent quality, while reducing sludge production.
7. Low operating costs and extremely flexible operation.
The organic wastewater passes through the grid, removes impurities, and enters the regulating tank to regulate the water quality. The wastewater is pumped to the LSBR bioreactor and is thoroughly mixed with the activated sludge in the equipment through air blowing and aeration. The aeration time is determined based on the water quality or anaerobic and facultative treatment methods are used for treatment. When the water quality reaches, stop oxygenation and let it stand for stratification. The upper clear night can meet the discharge standards, and the sludge is intercepted for the next cycle of operation to complete a treatment process. Applicable scope
