Users can customize it according to actual working conditions. The cleaning method is simple, and the cleaning cycle monitoring can realize automatic cleaning and sewage discharge. All parameters in the full-automatic filter control system can be adjusted. With motor overload protection, it can effectively protect the motor.

Product features
    Electromechanical integration design is adopted. The full-automatic self-cleaning filter is composed of driving mechanism, control pipeline (including differential pressure switch), main pipe assembly, filter element assembly, cleaning mechanism, connecting flange and other main parts. The electric controller, control pipeline and blowdown valve constitute the control part of the filter, which is used to realize the automatic cleaning and blowdown process. The control pipe is composed of differential pressure switch, pipe joint, brass pipe and other accessories. Stainless steel rotary brush is used for conventional filter products, and rotary brush of other materials can also be selected according to different service conditions (water temperature, water quality).  
1) The filter precision is 100 microns by default, and can be selected from 50 to 5000 microns. The filter area is large and the amount of pollutants is high. Users can customize it according to the actual working conditions.  
2) The cleaning method is simple, and the cleaning cycle is electronically monitored, which can realize automatic cleaning and sewage discharge. All parameters of the automatic self-cleaning filter control system can be adjusted.
3) With motor overload protection, it can effectively protect the motor.  
4) The utility model has the characteristics of uninterrupted water supply and no bypass during cleaning and sewage discharge, short cleaning time and less sewage consumption, which does not exceed 3% of the total flow.

working principle
    The fully automatic self-cleaning filter has the function of filtering the raw water and automatically cleaning and discharging the filter element, and the system provides uninterrupted water supply during cleaning and discharging. There are two control modes for the cleaning of fully automatic self-cleaning filter: automatic control and manual control.  
    Automatic control: automatic control has two modes: timing and differential pressure. Set the filter time on the filter time timer. When the filter time is up, start the blowdown. The blowdown time is set by the blowdown time timer; At the same time, the control system compares the system pressure difference with the pressure difference set by the user in real time. When the system pressure difference reaches the set pressure difference, the filter will also be cleaned and discharged. The discharge time is set by the discharge time timer. When the blowdown time is up, stop cleaning, and restore the system to its initial state to prepare for the next filtration process.  
    Manual control: turn the manual / automatic selection switch on the operation panel to the manual position to discharge the filter.
