Structure and work principle:
Structure: The filter consists of reducer, filter housing, screem, scaper, pressure meters, differential pressure transmitter, control box, sewage drainvalve.
The liquid media flows into the filter housing from inlet, passing the filter screen from outside to inside, the filtered liquid flows downwards to the outlet, the solids bigger than the screen gaps are blocked outside of the screen surface. After the filter works for some time, with more and more solids accumulated on the surface of the screenwhich brings the differential pressure increasing, once the differential pressure reach the preset level, the differential pressure transmitter will send out the signal to thee control box ( PLC control system), PLC control system starts the motor, the motor rotates the scraper to scrape( clean) the solids on the filter screen surface, making the filter screen to keep the filtration capacity, and opening the sewage valve opening to drain out the solids...After draining the solids, the differential pressure of the filter comes back to normal. The scrapers are installed with a certain angle and quanity, which make the cleaning result to keep the filter work normally, no need to take down the screen out to clean. For the liquid, no consumption in self cleaning.
The scarper system consists of scrapers and springs, which make the scraper work under a suitable pressure flexibly, no wearing to the screen. The kind filter is refered to the techninology fromjapan, especially suitable for small flow rate and the liquid with viscosity.
