    Mechanical rake screen, also known as circular tooth rake grid decontamination machine or rotary solid-liquid separator, is a special equipment for water treatment that can continuously and automatically intercept and remove sundries of various shapes in the fluid. It can be widely used in urban sewage treatment, tap water industry and power plant water inlet. At the same time, it can also be used as the front screening equipment in the wastewater treatment process of textile, food processing, papermaking, leather and other industries, It is one of the effective solid-liquid screening equipment at present.
working principle:  
    The mechanical grid trash remover is a group of rotary grid chains assembled by a unique rake tooth. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake tooth chain rotates against the water flow direction.  
    When the rake tooth chain is transported to the upper part of the equipment, there is the guidance of plum blossom wheel and curved rail, so that there is a relative self-cleaning movement between each group of rake teeth. Most solid substances fall freely under the action of gravity, and the other part cleans the sundries stuck on the rake teeth by the reverse movement of the sweeper.  
    According to the water flow direction, the rake tooth chain is similar to the grid. The rake tooth clearance assembled on the rake tooth chain shaft can be selected according to the service conditions. When the rake tooth separates the solid suspended solids and floating solids in the fluid, the water flow can be ensured smoothly, and the whole process can be continuous or intermittent.

    The equipment specifications are divided into FLHF(300-3600) according to the size of the machine. If the machine width exceeds 1800mm, it will be made into parallel line. The rake tooth grid gap is divided into 1mm, 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm and other specifications. The selection is selected according to the water flow, lifting height, total amount of solid-liquid separation, the shape and particle size of the separated material. At the same time, different materials are selected. The equipment length is customized according to the design channel size. Control system:  
    The control system is selected or provided by users, and can be used by connecting three-phase power supply on site.  
    The on-site control box adopts the local start and stop control button, and the on-site electric control box is equipped with the start and stop button of the equipment and the start, stop and accident signal lights. In order to save energy consumption, all the signal lights are energy-saving. The electric control box is equipped with motor protector, and the control cabinet can be equipped with PLC remote control interface. The electric control box adopts carbon steel anti-corrosion or stainless steel shell, which is rainproof outdoors.
