Work principle
The filter is an ideal solid liquid separation filtration equipment for oil, chemical industry, light industry, food, medicine and other industries in the production process. Longer the filtring time, the bigger theresistance, the pressure in the tank increases, when the pressure reach a certain value, the filter need to drain out the impurity, at the moment, stop pumping liquid into tank, and flow compressed air into the tank through overflow pipe, , make the left unfiltrate liquid into another filter or other tank, close the compressed air, open the disc valve, starting the vibrator to make the filter mesh vibrating the press cake off and drain out from seage drain valve
